The title is also printed in the official artwork: in m2 a red lit avatar in sunglasses wears a jacket and a necklace that read AURA KING!. Two independent official sources say the title exists, so it is not a rumor. What neither source gives is a number you must reach to hold it.
The word crown in the description is the second useful signal. A crown implies one holder at a time, and the description asks "Think you have enough aura to reach #1?" Reaching number one is a ranking statement rather than a collection statement, which fits a knockout tournament and does not fit a badge you unlock on your own. Where the Aura King and Aura Legend Titles Appear in Aura Dance Battles
Both titles appear only in the official artwork. Neither is returned by any Roblox endpoint, and neither is a badge, because this game publishes zero badges. Below is every title and every crowd placard printed across the five published images.

What Is Aura Legend in Aura Dance Battles
Aura Legend is the second title visible in the artwork, and it appears twice in slightly different forms. m2 puts a LEGEND! tag next to the 999 AURA avatar, alongside the AURA KING! text on his clothing and a red demon face behind him. m3 gives a different avatar, wrapped in red lightning and wearing a demon skull shirt, an AURA LEGEND! tag on the 999 AURA side of a wet night street.
Whether Aura Legend ranks above or below Aura King is not stated anywhere. In m2 both pieces of text land on the same avatar, which is an argument that they are two labels for the same top state rather than two rungs of one ladder. That is a reading of one picture and nothing more, and we have not checked it against anything in a live server.
How to Become the Aura King in Aura Dance Battles
Win your battles until the bracket runs out. The developer's description gives the sequence in order: face off in 1v1 aura battles, let the players vote on who has the best aura, win tournaments, and make it through the bracket to take the crown. No second route is described, no time based unlock is mentioned, and no purchase is said to grant the title.
Because the crowd votes, the path to the crown runs through the audience rather than through a score you control by yourself. It is also worth stating what the shop does not contain: the Aura Dance Battles items and prices table lists all 10 developer products and all 19 game passes, and none of them is called Aura King, Aura Legend or Crown.
How Big Is the Aura Dance Battles Bracket
A server holds 14 players, so a bracket run inside one server has at most 14 entrants. Roblox's own endpoint reports that 14 player cap, and a straight knockout of 14 people takes four rounds at most. These are crowd reactions drawn into promotional art, not confirmed in-game ranks. No endpoint returns a rank called NOOB, and no rank threshold is published for this game in any source we checked. What Rank Thresholds Are Published for Aura Dance Battles
None. Not one number in any official source is tied to a title. The counters in the art read 1, 999, 35.7K, 89.2K and 1.25M, but a counter is a score, not a rank name, and no image pairs a value with an unlock. The 999 figure in particular is a promotional choice on a split image, and the 1.25M counter in m4 shows how far above it the scale goes.
A rival wiki on the same game lists aura rank names and thresholds among the things it will not guess, and on thresholds that is the correct call. The difference on this site is that the things which can be checked are checked, dated and put in tables. Check the live figure first. Roblox reported 7,160 players in game and 3,368,966 lifetime visits on 20 September 2026, along with 13,197 favorites and a 91.7% approval rate from 12,111 up votes and 1,095 down votes. A live count that collapses while the lifetime counters keep their shape points at an outage rather than at an abandoned game.
